Despite being a distance sale of a car cancelled by others - at no time has the purchasing process felt awkward or as if my many questions being raised are an inconvenience to them.

All staff that I came across, particularly James Kelly, were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to ensure I received the best service possible despite delivery delays due to worldwide parts availability.
