The worst experience on delivery. Henry provided an amazing service to start. All fine till collection and then was quite possibly the worst experience. Conned, trapped and then a Matthew comes out to say we had 2 options which he is now disputing.

Hi ,I was a bit disappointed in the fact that my vehicle was at BMW Warrington workshop for two weeks prior to Xmas ,and as soon as I had it back I had to rebook it in for my brakes to be fixed .it was very inconvenient loosing agat

Poor communication with customer; had to ring 3 times to get info and was not given clear date for picking up car. Random texts/emails sent with incorrect info.Seemed like any claims on insurance are treated as 2nd class customers! Bumper took 3wks!!

I received no updates from the centre throughout the day and I had to call the centre at 4pm as my car was only booked in for the day. At 4:30pm I received a call back to say my car would not be ready until the following day.

Made the booking approx. 4 weeks in advance and arranged for a courtesy car. Courtesy car was provided however it was filthy inside with remains of food / dog hair etc on seats and in footwells. Had to insist it was cleaned before I took it.

The staff where helpful, but after initially being told the vehicle was to be in the workshop the following day, I was later contacted and given a date 5 weeks later. This was inconvenient having to wait so long for the fault to be resolved.

Charged for a warranty diagnosis which I already knew the problem and they wouldn't fix the issue even though it's failed 4 x times the last time in July 2025 so 4 months old and faulty again.

As for the actual car recall for airbag was fitted ok l, But exhaust recirculation was spraying out coolant all over the engine when I got home steam all under the bonnet , No idea how mechanics could. Allow it too be collected when not fixed
