Excellent customer service 10/10 for Rebeca. My only gripe is that many settings were changed e.g. seat position, wing mirrors, steering wheel position etc. I spent some time when I returned home readjusting these.

My car was recalled because of the driver airbag, absolutely fantastic service, I dropped the car and came back for it approximately an hour later and the airbag had been replaced and not only that the car had been hoovered and cleaned on the outside

Service completed quickly and car ready after 3hrs which helped me. Only negative was front tyres were still legal (think 2.0 and 2.6mm) but asked me if I wanted them changing. I said it's motobility car and guy said don't think it would be approved.

During service the centre phoned me to advise that 2 bonnet struts were out of date by 2 years. These should be an annual service item check & flagged up earlier so customers are aware. This item should also be on the car's iDrive service records.

Car was offered to be cleaned when in but it came back as if someone had just pointed a hosepipe at it & shown it a hoover. In the past used to be returned valeted so feels a lot like penny pinching
