The extended period of time between ordering and taking delivery of the car was very well managed and we were in touch with the sales person at agreed intervals who kept us appraised of the situation.Taking delivery of the car was made very enjoyable

Despite being a distance sale of a car cancelled by others - at no time has the purchasing process felt awkward or as if my many questions being raised are an inconvenience to them.
