I got home from my service and noticed that the whole of the left front of my car had been damaged. I called up the bmw garage, they checked the cameras and they saw they had been responsible for the damage. I was really upset about it all

Spent £980 on a major service - no call received during the day and video check only received once the car had been collected. The video highlighted a coolant leak - no advice given and have subsequently had to rebook. No wash and vac either. v poor!

Cannot fault the service from Warrington. The experience for me and my family was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. I've had a few cars over the years since my first 1 series in 2012 and nowhere matches the BMW experience

Dealing with an inexperienced sales representative , car was not ready on planned date, finance paperwork submitted incorrectly by sales agent , marks on car when viewing it in show room for the first time, car battery not fully charged
