Delays at Ports both sides. BMW kept regular updates...Handover of part-ex disco sport seamless. Someone will get a bargain. A 4 year pcp now, so a 5 year service pack was a sensible purchase. I REALLY THINK WITH 4 YR PCP = 4 YR WARRANTY!

The car had the brake fluid changed, an MOT test and a full valet (inside and out) all within 3 hours whilst I waited. This dealership was also able to squeeze me in, as I had not booked the MOT in sufficient time at my local dealership in Wilmslow.

The only reason a star has dropped is due to trying to book your car in when a courtesy car is not available is difficult as had to keep cancelling appointment due to needing a car for that day. Courtesy car appointments for service were weeks delay.

I was there at 8am for an MOT and was promised I would be away at 10am as I had a important teams call at 11am which took months to organise, I complained at 10-15 and they advised I would be away by 10-30 and still sat there at 11am missed the call

My vehicle was held up all day for an MOT to then receive a call at around 5pm to inform me it failed its MOT due to a tyre instead of giving guidance to replace tyre immediately. That was messy with a disabled family.

The 1st diagnostic check was agreed and paid and did not resolve the issue and required a then senior technician to complete a diagnostic check which revealed a totally different fix . Parts were delayed and also found to be damaged on receipt.
