Very good service during the purchase and delivery. I started the purchase of this new BMW with Melanie, , Melanie went on holiday before the car is delivered.. She introduced me to a colleague Luke to look after me in her absence, who is very good.

Mot service light was not reset I had to do that myself. No Citnow video received. Steering wheel was left with a sticky residue which wasn't there when driving to the dealer. VHC stated car was too dirty to inspect which it wasn't

For an MOT and a tyre change i had to wait 3 days. So on top of the cost of that i had to pay 3 days of taxis to and from work. Dropped the car at 8 am on Tuesday , picked up at 5 pm on Thursday. Unacceptable for a company/brand of this size.

Great overall. Friendly staff and car seems great now. Only reason not five stars because I was booked in for a 2 hour slot and it ended up being about 3.5 hours with no communication/reason throughout the wait. Apart from that brilliant!

No prior notification was received for an MOT test advisory. When I collected my car I was advised that I would receive a quote for remedial work, which has still not been received. Also, I had to phone twice to get a copy of the Visual Health Check.

The key drop off is easier to use than the previous long waits at the service desk. However, we took the car to an independent garage following your recommendations for work on the vehicle and they disagreed with all the (costly) recommendations.

Once the car was booked in, it was overkill on the reminders. Reminder 14/7 and a separate check in online. I checked in online and requested that the car was washed, but still asked the same question on service day. 15/7 reminder call.

The repair/ replacement costs were far too expensive particularly tyre replacement some £120 per tyre more expensive than Halfords for the same make and tyre.If a bit closer I would have used Halliwell Jones

I booked to get my air condition looked at - a relatively simple job. The car was booked in at 730amHowever, at 3pm, I get a call saying that you did not think you were going to be able to carry out the job. Very poor.

Staff should be able to indicate within a little what work is covered under warranty, especially when it is a HJ warranty. I know you have to careful not to guarantee work but its also not great to worry customers.

Great service but frustrating as next brake pad service interval was due in 2000 miles (this was MOT/brake fluid service) wasn't picked up (appeared on the dash the NEXT day). Apologies were given but still frustrating to have to re-book in.
