Loved getting the new car experience at BMW with Mel. She mad me feel special and went through all the controls and set up with me. Making everything simple so that I was all set up and ready to drive away.

Mot service light was not reset I had to do that myself. No Citnow video received. Steering wheel was left with a sticky residue which wasn't there when driving to the dealer. VHC stated car was too dirty to inspect which it wasn't

For an MOT and a tyre change i had to wait 3 days. So on top of the cost of that i had to pay 3 days of taxis to and from work. Dropped the car at 8 am on Tuesday , picked up at 5 pm on Thursday. Unacceptable for a company/brand of this size.
