The 2 hr 'service whilst you wait', took 2.5 hours (3 hours if you consider I arrived 30 mins early). Also the Car Wash is a nice feature, but your guys need to remember to clean the Roof of SUV's, my car body was spotless, the roof was left dirty ??

annoyed to find I've been handed the car back with the brake service warning light on even though the brake wear is fine, which I cannot reset. The seats had been completely adjusted and now there is a rattle that wasn't present when I dropped it off

HJ asked me for a further £200 after I had accepted a final price and paid the first instalment on Bumper. I refused and they backed down. I was offered a body shop quote at check in, was called but there has been no further contact.

I could have taken the car to any local garage and had the 12 volt battery replaced within half an hour. It took BMW Warrington two weeks!

Three issues, potentially not resolved. Disappointed that I couldn't purchase the plastic silver part of key fob on its own. Would have to buy a replacement key. This fell off when keys accidentally dropped. Don't think that should happen.

There was an issue with the courtesy car. I'd booked my brake fluid change weeks before it was due in order to have a courtesy car, I had a call the night before to say I couldn't have a car. I was offered a taxi to be fair but that was no good.

This is my regular BMW service centre and it is all that you would expect it to be. Outside is clean, organised with a good selection of stock. Inside is also immaculate. Cheerful friendly Receptionist, service advisors. Usual High standards.

I'd asked for all the wipers to be changed, only the front wipers were changed, not sure if there was an issue getting stock but the rear wiper had clearly been removed and put back on as it fell of the next day and the clips looked mangled.

The telephone booking was straightforward and the ability to get a two hour slot, meaning I wasn't travelling during the morning or evening rush hours, was a huge plus point. The car was ready on time and had been washed / cleaned as promised.

Is it a BMW thing? I'm told to get my car in for 8:45 for a service. At 3:00 I'm met with voicemail - I ring the main line they try to contact the person - they hit voicemail. I get a text at 5:30 to say it's ready. Not even washed or vacuumed.
