Very satisfied. On collecting my new car, I was given a photo of the vehicle and help to connect to my BMW app and connect car to my phone. It was so quick and easy dealing with this dealership and Mel. I love my BMW one series and it drives fab.

I would definitely recommend Halliwell Jones Warrington to family and friends. They are very competitive with a local independent BMW garage in price comparison terms. Also they are far superior in their customer service levels.

Contacted the Service Manager ahead of my appointment and was greeted by her verbal response that she had not read it and asked what the problem was. The car has been in Warrington BMW three times within the last 12 months for the same problem

Great service but frustrating as next brake pad service interval was due in 2000 miles (this was MOT/brake fluid service) wasn't picked up (appeared on the dash the NEXT day). Apologies were given but still frustrating to have to re-book in.

first visit re map update (product warranty) was a disaster - 4.5hrs waiting for missing UK maps as advised by connected drive support team This visit to recode the car overhead module not working solved all issues Nathan and the team did well

Told tyres ok with no abnormal wear then highlighted on inspection in red that I needed tracking One contradicts the other. Car went in with a dust cap missing came back the same ? Was tyre pressures done a 2p part to finish and show pride

Extremely simple to book online and all I had to do was drop keys of at Service Reception. Car was cleaned and returned to me in the allotted time so no waiting . Extremely pleased with the service from all your staff .

Your service representative Amey is helpful and pleasant to deal with however my car was returned to me with a fault although the dealership were quick to quote me over £1000. For work it didn't go in for . Better off doing the job in hand.

They never let me know exactly what as been done to the car. It's always in the repair shop for a full day. I always have to wait until 5pm before I can pick car up. The car as been in that many times, I never get a courtesy car.

The woman who served me with a courtesy car went above and beyond to help me out and I would be grateful if you could confirm that will be recognised. She has restored my faith in customer service at bmw which has been lacking for many years.

Having paid over £500 for a service the oil replace due date was not updated, I also left the service book in the car and this was not filled in or stamped, I felt as though my car being an older car was not given the same attention as the newer cars

I felt the given the car was recently bought from bmw and still under warranty, i would hve expected the wheel to be replaced under warranty. I found the service person, Nathan, to be brusqueand sullen in my interactions with him

Generally really good. Two slight niggles though: 1. After paying and collecting the paperwork, I had to wait 10-15 min to get the key as apparently the car was blocked in by other vehicles. 2. They don't take Amex - this was more inconvenient

No,comunication. I had to chase the information. The courtesy car was not cleaned when I was given it. My car was not cleaned when I picked it up. No health check sent until i had to ask for it. Not at all like previous 11 years we have used you.

Regarding the authorise work report, cost breakdown for my vehicle, on the report the total cost detailed was £1198.65, yet when I was given the invoice to pay the total cost was £1290.91 a price difference of £92.26.

I was told at first that my car was in for a day but ended up being 3 days. As I have only had the car just over a month and paid a lot of money for it I thought it would be a good jester to be offerd a courtesy car which I was not. Poor service

Car was dropped off 08.20. Got a call 17.30 hrs approx to say tyres were needed and could not get through to lease company. Left it with you overnight. If car was looked at earlier should have been able to sort in the day? But very happy with service

I refused the loan vehicle causing me delay with my external meeting. Upon my return (taxi on return at my expense) I waited at the service desk with no acknowledgement for quite some time with colleagues walking past me. Not a prestigious experience

I had a free vehicle health check. Number of things advised needed replacing incl. the front and back wiper blades - split and would fail MOT. I knew this was not true as I had checked them the day before. If this was a lie what else was also a lie?

The 2 hr 'service whilst you wait', took 2.5 hours (3 hours if you consider I arrived 30 mins early). Also the Car Wash is a nice feature, but your guys need to remember to clean the Roof of SUV's, my car body was spotless, the roof was left dirty ??

annoyed to find I've been handed the car back with the brake service warning light on even though the brake wear is fine, which I cannot reset. The seats had been completely adjusted and now there is a rattle that wasn't present when I dropped it off

HJ asked me for a further £200 after I had accepted a final price and paid the first instalment on Bumper. I refused and they backed down. I was offered a body shop quote at check in, was called but there has been no further contact.

Very good service during the purchase and delivery. I started the purchase of this new BMW with Melanie, , Melanie went on holiday before the car is delivered.. She introduced me to a colleague Luke to look after me in her absence, who is very good.
