I have always had first rate customer service from the entire service team. They have without exception been helpful, friendly and professional. Paul Lancelott went above and beyond on this occasion and has ensured my loyalty.

Every aspect of the customer service level is exceptional. I particularly liked the initial call asking me if would like a service because they could see from the telematics that it was due, without this prompt I may have gone else where.

The day before my service was due I needed help with removing one of my wheels for a new tyre fitting and the lady on reception just took care of everything within 15mins even though I was not booked in!

One can relax on arriving at their premises as you hand over your car key, knowing that the staff are polite ask if there are any areas of the car are causing concern before asking if you wish to stay or call back while work is carried out.

Given the covid situation the normal experience was not possible but the main thing was I was explained everything and felt safe during collection.
An overall fantastic experience, from being warmly greeted by a member of staff on reception, to being helped by Elizabeth on my choice of car.
