They also keep brakes from rubbing and squeaking and reduce fading, the tendency of braking power to weaken at high temperatures. In combination with Original BMW brake discs, these brake pads also offer the most precise match to the brake discs installed and for optimal functionality in key control systems such as the Antilock Braking System (ABS) and the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC).

Work performed in this package:
- Front wheels and brake pads are removed
- Brake pad wear warning light cable, brake hose, and other parts of the brake are inspected
- Front brakes are thoroughly cleaned
- Functionality is tested using dedicated equipment before installation of new brake pads
- New brake pads are installed, and braking effect is re-inspected and re-tested
- Wheels are re-mounted and braking effect is re-inspected
